During my recent stay at Siemsens Gaard, I found the hotel to be a comfortable and solid choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat by the water. The location is stunning, providing magnificent views of the harbor and easy access to shops and restaurants. The room, though basic, was clean and quiet with a nicely updated bathroom. The highlight was the outstanding breakfast served in a lovely dining room overlooking the gardens.While the décor was slightly old-fashioned, the hotel offers good value for money. The friendly staff assisted us promptly with a crib for our baby, and the gardens with their abundance of flowers and seating areas were a delight. However, I did encounter a cranky receptionist upon check-out, which was a slight downside to an otherwise pleasant stay.Siemsens Gaard offers a decent level of comfort and amenities such as free parking, Wi-Fi, and a restaurant with a nice terrace by the harbor. For those looking for an affordable option with a great breakfast and picturesque surroundings, this hotel is a worthwhile choice.
